Mrs. Adkison or "Mrs. A" as the students know her, received her bachelor's degree in early childhood education from Macon State College. This is her 17th year teaching and has taught several grade levels at different elementary schools throughout her career. Currently, she works to support multiple grade levels in reading and math . She is involved in several after school clubs, as well as the leadership team at Tucker.
She is married to her husband, Zach, and they have two teenage children. In her free time, she enjoys reading, spending time at her family's lake house, watching college football and the Atlanta Braves.
