Bio

My education is

Specialists of Ed-Walden University
Masters of Ed.-Troy University
Bachelor of Arts in Psychology-Georgia Southwestern University
Grades taught: K, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th

It brings me immense joy to share my passion and love of instruction with the scholars I am blessed to teach. Above all else, I am an educator who strives to search for the illuminating treasures among the trinkets. In other words, I envision each one of my pupils as scholars and I believe whole-heartly in the ideology that success is theirs for the taking! More importantly, I adore literature in every facet, and it makes my heart smile to share books from every genre with my scholars. It is my scholars who make me the educator that I am… Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr, voiced, “The function of education is teach one to think intensively and critically. Intelligent plus character-that is the goal of true education!”

Joy Overflowing,

Mrs. Pettigrew
