Hello! My name is Mrs. Thompson, and I am thrilled to be teaching Kindergarten at Tucker. This is my fifth year in Houston County and my third year teaching Kindergarten students. I truly love helping our youngest learners build a strong foundation for lifelong learning.
I am a product of Houston county and have enjoyed coming "home" to teach. I graduated from Middle Georgia State University with a degree in General and Special Elementary Education. In addition, I hold a Reading Endorsement, which supports my passion for early literacy and helping children become confident readers.
Outside of the classroom, I enjoy spending time with my wonderful husband and our son. I'm looking forward to another exciting year of growth, learning, and fun with my students!
